Send your bank or credit card statements as PDFs. Within 1 business day you get an Excel workbook with every transaction, a QuickBooks Online CSV and a Xero CSV. Every file includes a balance check: opening balance plus deposits minus withdrawals must equal the closing balance on your statement.

What you get for every statement

  • Xero bank statement import CSV.
  • Dates in the format you choose: MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY.
  • Credit cards signed correctly: charges as money out, payments and refunds as money in.

We never guess numbers

Most converters just copy rows. We prove the result ties to your statement. If it ties, you see a green PASS. If a page or a row is missing, you see a red FAIL and we tell you before delivery. We never adjust numbers to force a match.

How it works

  1. Pick a package and pay with the button. Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card.
  2. After paying, email us at tax@friasfamilyfinancial.com from the same email you used at checkout. Put "Statements" in the subject and tell us your preferred date format. Do not attach your statements to that email. We reply with our current secure transfer instructions, and you send your PDFs that way.
  3. We convert your statements and check the Balance Proof on each one.
  4. If we receive your PDFs by 5 PM ET Monday to Friday, you get a secure download link for your Excel and CSV files by the end of the next business day. If a statement does not tie out, we tell you before delivery.

Your privacy

  • We will never ask for your bank login or password. Do not send them.
  • Do not send full card numbers or Social Security numbers. Only the PDF statements.
  • Your files are used only for your order.
  • Your financial documents and our working files are deleted 7 days after delivery. We keep the order and payment record.
  • Stripe processes payments. We do not store card data.

FAQ

Which banks do you support?

Most US banks, credit unions and card issuers, plus many Spanish language statements from Mexico and Colombia. If your layout is unusual, email us before paying to request secure instructions for sharing a sample page. Do not attach statements to your email. We will confirm whether we can handle the layout.

What if my statement does not balance?

You will see a red FAIL and we will tell you before delivery. It is usually a missing page. We ask once for the complete file. If we still cannot deliver files that tie out, you get a full refund.

Can you handle scanned statements?

Yes. Scanned pages go through text recognition, and the balance check confirms the result. Very blurry phone photos may not be readable; we will tell you if that happens.

Which date format will my CSV use?

MM/DD/YYYY by default for US statements and DD/MM/YYYY for Spanish statements. Tell us if your QuickBooks or Xero file needs the other one.

Do you categorize transactions or do bookkeeping?

Premium adds a suggested category column as a starting point. Final coding and reconciliation stay with you or your bookkeeper. For ongoing books, see Monthly Bookkeeping.

Is this done by software?

Yes. It is software-assisted with an automated balance check, and every file is checked against your statement's printed closing balance before delivery.

How fast is delivery?

Files received by 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday, are delivered by the end of the next business day. Files received after that time, on a weekend or on a holiday count from the next business day.

Can I get a refund?

You get a full refund if we cannot deliver files that pass the balance check within 2 business days after you send complete statements, or if we miss the delivery time. If a statement is unreadable or missing pages, we first ask you once for a better file. Once we deliver files that pass the balance check, there is no refund, but we fix any row error free for 7 days. Refunds go back through Stripe to your original card.
