Before subscribing, confirm the bank and credit-card accounts covered, software subscription costs, any catch-up work, and your monthly delivery schedule. We explain any proposed scope or tier change before your billing changes.

Your books, in your own QuickBooks.

Your bookkeeping lives in your own QuickBooks Online account, which you own and control. Because I set it up through my accountant account, new QuickBooks subscribers can get Intuit's ProAdvisor discount on their first year. Intuit sets the current price. You keep full access to your books even if we ever stop working together, and your records are never locked in my system. Software is billed by Intuit directly to you. My bookkeeping fee is separate and covers the work.

How it works

  1. Email your software, approximate monthly transaction count, and number of bank and credit-card accounts to tax@friasfamilyfinancial.com. Do not send statements or login details by email.
  2. Pick your plan and pay online with the buttons above. Questions first? Email Danilo@friasfamilyfinancial.com.
  3. Connect or share records through the secure instructions provided.
  4. Receive reconciled books and your monthly summary.

What if my transaction count changes? If your transaction count changes, we notify you and confirm the new tier with you before any billing change.

Can I cancel? Yes, anytime. Your books stay yours.

Do you work with my existing software? We work with QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, and spreadsheets.
