Frias Family Financial ("we") is a tax-preparation and accounting support practice based in Wimauma, Florida. Contact: hello@friasfamilyfinancial.com. Services are provided under a written engagement letter. Submitting a form or sending an email does not by itself create an engagement.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us or engage our services, we collect: your name, email address, and the tax and financial information you choose to share. We collect this information directly from you through our contact form, email, or secure document uploads. Intake starts by email for most services; Schedule C starts with its fit check and consultations start with the booking page. We do not conduct intake by phone. Please do not include Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank details, or other sensitive information in your first email. We will provide secure document-upload instructions after confirming the engagement.

3. How we use it

We use your information to: respond to inquiries, prepare tax returns and related work, process payments, maintain required records, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors and our website host), as required by law, or with your consent.

5. How we protect it

We maintain a written information security plan and take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Data retention

We keep engagement records as long as required by law and our professional obligations, then securely dispose of them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing hello@friasfamilyfinancial.com.
